Mh Florence Hotel & Spa (with baby)

A very clean room with amazing views from the roof top, not more the three minutes from the train station and central for all the sights within half an hour’s beautiful walk through streets. The staff here were excellent and warm. But I can’t thank them enough for arranging me a doctor as I needed urgent medication. When we returned the girls enquired how I was feeling. Brilliant customer service....

As a luxury hotel, this location was a disappointment. The rooms were a decent size and it’s located right by the train station. It’s walkable to all the hotspots. You’ll find some questionable characters around the front of the hotel, you do have to scan to get in for extra safety. Great hotel & spa facilities. Fresh towels by the pool every day. Room 517 gets you a view over the pool and amazing sunsets and it's very quiet. Breakfast is fantastic, so much choice, good quality and constantly being restocked. They even have freshly made ice-cream for breakfast! Staff are brilliant, nothing is too much trouble, very friendly. It's a 10-15 minute walk into the heart of Florence...

Had a really good experience. Staffs are so kind and diligent. So helpful when we arrived a bit early but kindly made our room. Also, suggested us keep our luggage after we check-out. Make sure before you use laundry service. You are supposed to tell the front desk in the morning. Thank you so much for all staff!

Great location just minutes from the train station and easy walking distance to all the main sights. The hotel is modern and clean, with a nice rooftop and small spa that’s perfect for relaxing after a day out. Breakfast was generous and tasty. Our room was not very soundproof, but overall it was a comfortable stay. Would definitely recommend for a short visit to Florence.
