The most rude experience with the staff here, I called to edit a booking for my client and was instantly screamed at by their extremely foul front desk man. No manners or even willingness to listen to my issue. I am sadly never booking this for clients again and urge you to not waste your time to be treated terribly by them as well.

The person who checked me in (I'm sorry I forget his name) was friendly and funny. The place is fine for what it is. Somewhere between a hostel and a guest house. Was fine for my needs - Good value and a great location.

The rooms are on the 1st floor, which in Europe means climbing 17 stairs to what we would call the 2nd floor. There is an elevator but we were not allowed to use it even though my wife is handicapped. The elevator is reserved for permanent residents on the upper floors. The rooms are small, and some have a private bath. Our private bath was a step higher than the room, which was also not handi...

I stayed here for 2 nights, in a double room. The room was very spacious, had a dresser, fan, heating, a/c, private shower and sink. Towels were provided, but no shampoo, body wash etc. The toilet was shared, but the floor has 3 washrooms so it was fine. Since it’s an old building, you can hear when people walk around, come in and talk. The location is good, and the hotel is in an old building....

A solid low cost hotel. If it's luxury you're looking for, then this is not the place for you. Very basic rooms, no toilet or shower in the rooms, they are shared. Amazon firestick for the TV, which works fine. Air conditioning worked no problem, though the plug for it was hidden and we took 2 days to find it!! Staff were excellent, best part of the hotel. Location is fantastic.
