IQ Hotel Firenze (with kids)

Really impressed with everything from start to finish. All credits of the staff — from the front desk to those that have food; they made it a wonderful experience throughout. The room itself was fantastic. They provided everything, and then some. Quiet. Wonderful location. Could not have picked a better hotel if we tried.

Wow. Talk about blown away. When we checked in and saw the lobby area, I was not expecting the rest of the stay to be special but talk about wow. Breakfast had a lot of options. They had washer and dryers for use (self pay). Front desk even had a hamper for my use to haul the clothes. Use of the spa was free for guests and I wish I did this daily! Spa was perfection. Stayed here for a few days and must say was a very nice, clean modern hotel. Has great service, staff and amenities. Also has a good location close to many attractions. Would definitely recommend and would come back. The bar tender Daniel was great as well. 10/10 recommend.

The rooms are very nice—modern, stylish, and spotless. Service throughout the hotel was consistently good, and both the restaurant and bar impressed me with excellent food and extremely friendly staff.
