Beautiful stay! The room had a stunning view of the Duomo — waking up to that panorama was unforgettable. The location is very central, perfect for exploring Florence on foot. Staff was friendly and everything was comfortable. Highly recommend if you want a room with a view

Everything was perfect and on point. The rooms were clean and tidy. The staff was always super nice and polite. The only improvement i could see is more options at breakfast but it wasnt really a big issue. The best thing however was the view from the rooftop right at the duomo.
