I stayed here three nights to visit florence with my family. The location of this hotel is excellent and the rooms are quite spacious for how central it is. There were a couple minor issues with the rooms and the hotel; the elevator was extremely slow and did not take you from the ground floor (you had to walk up to the second floor), the air conditioner in our room clearly needed to be changed as...

Loved the room and the building, great location close to the historic centre and steps away from the main train station. Breakfast was available but not really worth having as extra.

Stayed here for 3 nights in Florence. It's a small hotel spread over 2 floors. Location is ideal. Everywhere in Florence is only a short walk from this hotel. Friendly staff. Room is a decent size with everything you need. The showroom was a bit small but the hotel is in an old building so they managed to fit in everything you need in the space available.

The location is perfect - a very short walk from the Duomo, the train station & the river. The room was very clean and the shower was just too good - hot & powerful. You have to take the stairs to the first floor and then there’s a lift. Our room was at the back, so it was very quiet. They have a kettle and some tea bags in the room.
