Hotel Luxor Florence (solo trip)

We had a really bad experience. After our flight was canceled and we were stuck in Zurich for 28 hours we informed the hotel we will miss one night and arrive late the second. After arriving at around midnight we were informed that our paid room for 3 was given to someone else. They only had one small room for 2 left. My son had so sleep on the floor on a mattress (after they brought 2 unacceptabl...

We started our trip with a medical emergency. The staff were very helpful and kind. The room was compact, but adequate for our needs, and they had a nice little breakfast buffet. The hotel is very conveniently located near the train station.

The hotel staff is extremely kind, especially Sharain! She helped us out through the stay, from helping us find restaurants according to our necessities, to helping us navigate a new city. It made our time in Florence wholesome ♥️ we met Sonia on the last day of our stay as we’re touched by her kindness:)

We had a comfortable stay at this hotel while visiting Florence with a family of 3 adults and 2 children. It’s walkable to the man railway station and main attractions. The breakfast was good. Wish they had an elevator to the rooms. But that was not an issue as the staff was kind about getting the luggage to room.

I had best time here at Luxor! amazing staffs, Adriana and her team 😃😃😃, very nice bar and dining area! a lot options for breakfast! room is spacious, with everything available, mini bar, AC, shampoo etc, and it's all on the little book on the desk in Italian and English. good location too! just few minutes from the station, and attractions. this is more like a home than a hotel! 😃😃😃
