Our stay at this hotel was a deeply disappointing and frustrating experience, and it is absolutely not worth the money paid for the level of service and cleanliness provided. Our experience was good. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious. The location is good, and a short distance from Santa Maria Novella station. They have a coffee and tea counter that residents can access free of cost anytime. There is a vending machine too. Unfortunately , it doesn't work most of the time. Overall, I had a good impression of the hotel.

Everything is really fine in the place, clean place and excellent service, location is top and parking is really convenient. Unfortunately the noise isolation between rooms is really poor! We had a great time at this hotel! It’s in a perfect location, just a short walk to the train station and tons of restaurants and tourist attractions—everything from 10 to 23 minutes away, which is why we chose it. A returning guest because I liked it before. Very friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast buffet. Own parking but very limited so you need to reserve your spot upfront. Walking distance from Florence highlights, still just outside of Centre ring (so you can get there while avoiding the ‘limited traffic zone ZTL, for which you need permission to drive in to or you get a penalty).
