This was a lovely hotel. Unusually for Italy it had coffee making stuff in the room - wonderful! It was exactly what you'd expect from a 4star hotel. They recommended (and booked) a lovely restaurant round the corner called La Gratella. It was so friendly with good food we went there every night we were in Florence! We stayed at this hotel for a week. The rooms are slightly on the small side with limited storage, but the air conditioning was great and the beds were really comfortable. The bathroom had a decent shower and our towels were replaced a couple of times each day. This is a fantastic hotel with a great rooftop pool and bar. Great for those long days sightseeing and relaxing after. The staff are super friendly and the rooms are very comfortable. Lastly, a great breakfast with a very good choice

This hotel was such a great experience. The location of the hotel is a short walk from shopping, restaurants, markets, and tourist sights.
