Very, very cosy, the ceiling is incredibly high which makes the room feel very spacious. The bed was soft and comfortable, pillows and duvet as well. Very quiet place, excellent friendly staff, easy access, couldn't have asked for more!

Close to the tram and 10-15 minutes to the old city. There are lots of breakfast places in the neighborhood. Clean room. There are lifts and air conditioning. Bed is hard and narrow (less then 160 cm). Bathroom is ok. Our room was not ready in time, we have to wait a little (30 minutes) after the check-in.

After the pandemic, they renovated the hotel & the interior is very nice (PS: photos in googlemap before 2022 is an old photos). It’s tidy & clean. The hotel is managed directly by Giovanni & his family, creating a warm & friendly atmosphere. The service is excellent; Giovanni even helped us carry our large suitcases.
