Location and hospitality were incredible. However, the bed and pillows are the worst I’ve ever slept on in my life. We absolutely love this hotel. This is our second year in a row coming here. The rooftop pool is amazing and the hotel is immaculate. The staff couldn’t be nicer. Monica was so helpful in making and booking dinners for us! Would highly recommend !

Fantastic experience at this hotel. Leonardo was a massive help to us late at night when we had to change hotels. Alessia and Alessandro at the front desk were wonderful as well. The rest of the staff at the front desk were fantastic too - I'm sorry, I do not recall their names. Excellent front counter team, they were very knowledgeable and attentive. They recommended and booked three fantastic dinner spots. Fantastic location as it's a short walk from all the major historical attractions. Also sits on the square that provides great people watching:) The rooms were very clean.
