Grand Hotel Baglioni (with baby)

Great stay at this hotel which is close to transportation and shopping areas. The breakfast selections were great and Daniele always greeted with a warm smile. I will like to commend Ylber for his kindness and care after I had injured myself he assisted me and ensured I was ok. Thank you! Definitely recommend this hotel.

Incredible stay in Florence! This hotel is in the perfect location - close to both Santa Maria Novella station and the Duomo. It’s beautiful, and the rooms are cozy and well-kept. The best part was the staff: everyone, from the front desk to the cleaning staff, were kind and friendly and always made our day better. We will definitely stay again when we return to Florence!

We’re in room 404. We booked a spacious Deluxe. The room is ornate but it is not spacious. Two people two cases, no room for the cases. Bed rock hard, I liked it, my wife hated it. The bathroom is all very ornate but there’s no room for your stuff. The rooftop restaurant is fabulous in appearance. The breakfast; coffee fabulous. This hotel has an amazing location. It’s 5 minutes from the train station and also very close to all major attractions in the city. We walked everywhere and there were stores, restaurants and a lot of museums. The staff was very helpful and friendly at all times. We got an upgrade for our room for free and it was just so lovely. Great location, amenities and room. They do three times a day room cleaning. Spacious room with a touch of history. Rooftop bar was pretty. If you rent a car they will give you a ZTL pass which is very accommodating. Car parking is roughly ~40Euro nightly.
