The hotel location was very good, near the main attractions in Florence. Great staff at reception with welcoming atmosphere and clean well decorated rooms. Along that staff helping with luggage. Also the location is near the train station, which is manageable by walking. Make sure that the hotel entrance is by stepping 6 floors first then you should go to level 3 by elevator, so at beginning there...

We stayed there for two nights in Nov 2025. The room was very clean, staff were very friendly, and breakfast was excellent. The room was roomy with staying two kids (1 king, 2 twin beds), bathroom was well designed. Loved the stay!! I have bad back so I know if bed is not comfortable or not.

The rooms were clean and the hotel is very conveniently located for people wanting to do all the touristy stuff. That said, what really stands out about this hotel is its staff. Everyone went above and beyond to accommodate our little family, especially the lady who checked us in who was so kind to our son. No notes! The stay was perfect!
