Winter. We loved our stay here. On arriving, you ring the bell on the street to be buzzed in. I don't know how it is marked as a 3 star place. It is old, run down, cluttered, dirty, musty, unsafe place, very depressing. I would not even give it one star if possible. I stayed there 10 minutes and left. Avoid this place.

Great stay with large room. Great for walking to most locations

Great location in Florence. Conveniently beside a grocery store so easy to pick up whatever we needed at almost anytime.

I think a 4 is a pretty good score to give. The location is fine pretty close to everything. The room is tiny to say the least. I think I got the smallest room with an exclave bathroom. Everything is basically automated so even if you show up late in the evening/early morning. You aren’t in too much trouble. Overall pretty okay. The service wasn’t too great.
