This was the perfect unit for our family during our stay in Florence. The check in process was easy with good communication.

If you can, stay at another one of the hotels in the area. We arrived at 2:35 for our 2:30 check-in and the room was still being cleaned. We did not check in until around 3 and were waiting in the lobby that had no air conditioning. Also expect to carry your luggage up 4 flights of stairs, as there is no concierge or check-in staff. Really strange layout of the bathroom, with no door separating th...

Our stay at Artemide was great! The check-in was smooth and the location was absolutely perfect. It is located with everything close by, plenty of restaurants, shopping, and tram/train stations just a short walk away. The only improvement I would suggest is the noise. We could hear everything through the walls from people talking and passing by our room. Otherwise everything was great!

Worst experience staying a single night here. There is no attendant to greet you at check-in, and the only way to receive check-in instructions is by submitting the details of all guests via email or WhatsApp. The four rooms are located on the second floor of a rather gloomy building with no elevator. Pls don’t book this guest house, unless you want to ruin your night in a stuffy room with no ACs. Their room details says it’s air conditioned but in reality the ACs installed are only meant for hot air. Host won’t respond after a certain time, even if you are in urgent need there is no way to get through. Worst place I have ever stayed in.
