Perfect location, lovely staff and clean rooms. That said you are paying for location. The room we had was small, water pressure was like a far away church camp but hot enough. Anyone over 6 feet would be a bull in a china shop. They proved a fan which was nice but the window was a wall and a slight opening to a larger hallway. Again you're paying location in a small city but it's spendy for a fis...

Everything was perfect. We felt very comfortable at the Victoria Hotel. Everything was spotless, the staff was very attentive, and the location was excellent. Highlights: - Location: just two blocks from points of interest and also close to the port for boat excursions, but not in the middle of the hustle and bustle. Very quiet. - Parking: they have an agreement with a very convenient parking lot ...

It's very convenient - a stones through from Eyre Square, directly behind the railway station. Great staff - friendly, polite and very helpful. Food and breakfast amazing. We feel comfortable and at home here, and ...

Staff were pleasant and helpful, food was good, beds were comfortable. Air conditioning in bedrooms would have made our stay more comfortable as it was very warm. overall we had a very ple...
