The Western Citypoint Apartments (couple trip)

Beautiful apartment in a great location near Galway city center. So much to see and experience within walking distance. Great for family. The only complaint is the clothes washer didn’t dry the clothes.

Stayed here for a weekend away for father's day, getting access was maybe a bit daunting when you get the instructions but you basically park round the back of the Western hotel using their free guests carpark then walk up the stairs to reception. The hotel was nice and spacious, but our room only had one bathroom for four people. The rest of our party each had two bathrooms.

Check in at Western Hotel. Pull around back as parking in front not convenient. Apartment itself was clean and walkable. Parking easy once have key fob. Had a few questions so tried calling reception but no one picked up after several attempts. Thankfully found cleaning attendant who didn't speak much English but was able to convey what we needed.

My stay at Citypoint Holiday Apartments was truly exceptional. From the stylish and comfortable accommodation to the outstanding customer service, every aspect of my experience was top-notch. I highly recommend this accommodation to anyone seeking a memorable and enjoyable stay. I can't wait to return in the future.
