The Snug Townhouse (couple trip)

While in a great location in the heart of the Latin quarter, the images on the website do not convey the tiny size of these rooms. Had i known the size I would've opted for an alternate location. Two average sized people cannot comfortably exist in the hotel room we were given (2 nights). No where to open the suitcase except on the bed, even then only one at a time. Lots of other options.

Take the name of this hotel literally! If all you need the room for is sleep, this place is perfect. If you want to spend any amount of time relaxing in your room, this is not the place for you (unless you want to sit on the floor that can seat no more than two people). I booked the "snug room" and it was perfect for one. It is one of the most smartly designed hotel rooms I've ever seen - yes it is small but every inch of the space is optimized and I didn't feel it being too small even once. We loved our stay at The Snug Townhouse. Situated right in the middle of the Latin Quarter everything was a short walk away. The staff was great, super helpful and welcoming. The room was so comfy and had everything we needed for our 4 nights in Galway. We would definitely book here again!

We stayed for 4 nights and loved every minute of it! We arrived early in the day and the staff held our bags until our room was ready. When our room was ready, our bags were already in our room.
