This hotel is located in the best part of the city. The rooms are small, smell awful, have no air conditioning or heat and the bathroom is like something from Motel 6. Mold and all. No help with luggage. Breakfast was awful. The staff is rude and most unhelpful. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT BOOK here.

The TV was glitching, the brekkie buffet was cold 🍳 and it took us 15 mins to get through the queue to be seated. I really enjoyed this hotel. The location cannot be beat if you want to stay in the heart of Galway. I liked our room. The breakfast was delicious. We also enjoyed the food and ambience of their MacNeils restaurant.

Two ladies when checking in were very unhelpful and frankly rude. The parking was awful to understand. They never gave us all the information we needed. The garage is a 5 minute walk.
