Spent 2 nights at Salthill. Check in was easy, however the front desk staff should be instructed to not verbalize the room number aloud, for safety reasons. The room was less than standard, especially for a luxury hotel. The walls are paper thin, there was noise all night from the elevator, the banging from some machines outside. The heater would bang and knock, you could hear Everything. T...

Nice location in Galway. Hotel is old and dated. I never spoke to anyone working in the hotel but to be honest I didn’t need anything. But the staff didn’t seem overly friendly in passing either. No one said hello once. I’m not offended by this as I don’t really care… I’m sure they are very busy. But you can get a generally good or bad vibe based on how friendly or unfriendly the staff are in gene...

We stayed here for two nights and had a wonderful view from our room. The staff were friendly and professional. Very well organized breakfast time and service. Its position on the seafront was great for walking after dinner and early morning along the beach.

Located right on the Salthill promenade, sandy beach, the hotel has the perfect location. The leisure centre and swimming pools were the highlight of our stay, one of the best I've been to. the breakfast was lovely with wide selection of fruits and delicious food. The only negative I would mention were very thin walls I could even hear the next door guest snoring

The room was very nice and the bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever had the pleasure of sleeping in in a hotel with real luxurious feather pillows. The hotel decor was beautiful nice lobby and bar that was modern but in an old world style. It position on the seafront wa...
