From the time we arrived till the time we leave the stay was amazing. Friendly and helpful staff. The reception area is very modern looking and pleasant. This was our last stop after a 5 day cycle trip. The reception staff were unfriendly to us upon arrival, we were greeted with scornful looks and when we asked for a different type of pillow the following morning (of which they had plenty) the response was unnecessarily mocking. Rooms were clean and comfortable, although very warm with no air conditioning. Breakfast was very good. Some of the staff were not overly friendly. Around 25 minutes walk into town centre or 5 min taxi (€12). Corridors are very dark and gloomy.

Had a 10 day stay here. room was functional, and comfortable. We were out most of the time exploring the city. Restaurant Food was great and bar staff worked hard to please.
