Beautiful hotel with great staff. Everything was perfect, the food at the restaurant, the drinks at the bar, and the pillow under my head. Great room, clean and well appointed.

had some issues with our reservation due to Expedia, but front desk was helpful and kind. we were a little stressed, but they handled everything so quickly and efficiently and made us feel at ease. the entire front desk staff and their manager (Serena) were so incredible. they care so much about their guests and even just visitors alike and that’s so rare to find.

Stayed here when I was in Galway for a 2 day course for work. The room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. A free breakfast was included in my stay which was lovely. The location is a little far away from town but the town bus is directly outside the hotel which is great.
