The Galway Bay hotel was clean and convenient. It was a leisurely walk to the Medieval Latin Quarter. The staff was very kind and accommodating. They even helped our large group prepare our breakfast containers quickly so that we could arrive at next destination on time. I highly recommend this hotel!

Celebrating our Silver Anniversary, the staff were so nice and very helpful. The hotel is very tidy and well kept, every staff member would greet you as pass them. Great location to go out onto the promenade and "kick the wall" at the end before heading back... We had a special meal booked at the IL Vicolo restaurant in Galway City and when they cancelled our booking at the last minute due a water...

Louise and the staff there are incredibly professional. The service and the meal was the best we’ve experienced. They pulled out all the stops and even had some lovely surprises for us on the day. Everyone who attended was so impressed. Galway Bay made th...

Our guided tour scheduled us to spend one night here at the beautiful Galway Bay Hotel and I wished we could have stayed longer. The rooms are immaculate and spacious, the location is waterfront, the food was exceptional and the staff friendly and welcoming. Thanks for a wonderful stay! Would love to come back for a longer visit.
