Definitely exceeded expectations, room was spacious, clean and had great amenities. Restaurant was excellent for both breakfast and dinner, staff attentive and professional. They’d just come off the back of an extremely busy weekend (with Oasis in town) but that didn’t slow them down. The best Hotel we’ve experienced during our trip.

Service is not a priority here, I suppose that's because of the transient nature of both guests, and staff. Basics were forgotten and this leads to a sour taste overshadowing the meal. Breakfast was disappointing, served as a buffet, most of the items were well below HSE minimum levels, some were actually cold. No satisfaction upon complaining. This hotel, based on our experience, routinely outperforms expectations. The rooms are clean, decent size, and well appointed. Staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, the breakfast is varied and fresh while you can be assured of a nice meal in the spacious modern bar-restaurant area.
