I found it very disappointing to see that the hotel does not provide water for its staff. During my stay this week, I witnessed several times employees trying to get water from the minibar but being denied. This felt unacceptable and unfair, especially in a hospitality environment where staff work hard to ensure guests are comfortable. I truly hope the management reconsiders this policy and provid...

We had no issues with our stay, other than texting through their Whatsapp isn't great. We requested towels and never got them. Also the dryer doesn't work, but there is a washing machine. The kitchen was ready to use, the beds were comfortable, it was clean, and parking was convenient. It's rare to find a place that sleep 7!

From arriving to leaving, all the staff were so friendly and helpful. The apartment was fantastic - so roomy for the three of us - and location great. Apartment was spotlessly clean, all appliances you needed and you only had to ask for more tea, coffee, towels etc when you needed them. Would thoroughly recommend.

Great spacious apartments. Amazing staff. Perfect location and easily prices. Few small observations. Apartwmtbwas extremely warm. Hard to sleep. All storage heaters were switched off but no way to cool the apartment down. No fans either
