Premier Suites Dublin, Ballsbridge (couple trip)

I was really impressed with the whole experience. I was doing business in the RDS so the location was perfect. The room was lovely and spacious and spotless. Staff were lovely overall a great experience.

I got a very warm welcome, even it was already late in the evening. The food package was perfect, I only missed some milk. I could relaxe between and after the congress time and was sleeping very well.

We booked a room that with the facilities of kitchen/ microwave, etc that we thought we can cooked dinner in the hotel after a long day work. However, it was totally different when checked in. And the staff in charge was irresponsible to said that wasn’t their company fault instead was third party fault. The group party of 6 couples stayed at Premier Suites, Ballsbridge for 3/4 nights. Definitely great location & the Reception Team were great.. moment suits/rooms were cleaned allowed us to check in, provided great advise. The Studio Suites with small kitchenette were great choices.
