The hotel is great, service is amazing and staff are pleasant and ready to help. Room was warm and cozy, cleaned every day. I liked the location a lot, it’s 10min away from the center, multiple bus stop options and Stephen Green’s park. I definitely recommend this place, as the price is also surprisingly good.

I'm so curious why the biggest complaint I'm seeing in the comments was how loud this place was. We were there right around Halloween. So much was happening outside as we checked in. Yet, didn't hear a thing when it was time to go to bed. I was honestly hoping to hear more of the city while keeping the window open. Keep in mind, our room was front and center in from of the hotel, looking out on th...

An old fashion hotel, good position, excellent clear room service, professional and kind people at the reception. Thanks to Miss Maya who tried to help us for the major issue. In the booking mail the hotel informs you that there could be a bit of noise because of a night club under the hotel. It's not a bit of noise when walls tremble for the music. On 5 nights we stayed there, there had been 2 pa...

The noise here is awful and ruined our stay in Dublin. The problem isn’t the nightclub it’s the construction site across the road where noise from pneumatic tools would start at 5am. The room was unbearably hot we had to have the window open which made the noise even worse. One morning the noise was so bad we genuinely couldn’t tell if the fire alarm that went off belonged to the hotel or if it wa...

Unbearable heat in the room (over 30˚C) and very poor customer service We arrived at the last day of a very long and uncharacteristic heat wave, so when we checked into our room (on the 3rd floor, right under the roof) the temperature was unbearably hot! We asked for help and got an additional small noisy fan, but even after a few hours, with the fans going and the tiny window open, with no air c...
