Castleknock Hotel (solo trip)

Absolutely beautiful hotel. Staff were so helpful. I had an accessible room. Lovely and comfortable with a wet room. Our room was very close to a lift, essential for me. Our dinner was lovely. Very efficient staff. Breakfast was excellent. A really fine selection. Probably the best I have seen or eaten.

Castleknock Hotel is a modern, comfortable hotel with good facilities(gym) and friendly staff. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the leisure centre — especially the pool and spa — is a real highlight. The restaurants and bar have good options. *Edit* Don’t waste your time emailing customer service rep as suggested. You get a ‘copy and paste’ response 4 days later. Exactly the kind of customer experience we were met with on the night of our stay. Stayed here again last week after a great stay last Christmas. Lovely hotel. With very pleasant helpful staff. Lovely afternoon tea. Swimming Pool lovely ( changing room area could be a bit bigger) Spa treatments amazing. Zara gave me a wonderful back shoulder and neck massage and the relaxation room is soo good.

We had a wonderful stay at Castleknock with our baby boy. The staff were excellent, hotel room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The staff went above and beyond to help our needs. Good pool, lovely bar and restaurant and a fabulous breakfast spread.
