Broc House Suites (solo trip)

Stayed in the Penthouse. Dated, washer takes forever, construction on rooftop so we can't use it, I would recommend you keep looking as it is NOT worth it.

It was disgusting. We had no hot water in the shower. „At this time everybody takes a shower“ was the accuse for that. There was dirt and broken glass under the bed. and the second night we were disturbed by a sound coming from the water tap every two minutes. We couldn‘t open the cupboard and they couldn’t change it. Never again.

This place is filthy. We had 5 nights booked here. The first 2 nights we had no hot water. The 3rd day there was no toilet facilities as there was a plumbing issue. We were moved to another room that was also extremely dirty and the tv did not work. The girl on reception was very helpful however the manager did not seem to care. Couldn't have been happier with these apartments. I have stayed in both the 2 bed and 1 bed apartments. They are so clean and comfortable with plenty of car parking at a very reasonable price. The staff are very helpful. One point to note, the elevator is quite tight and only a compact child buggy will fit. This wasn't an issue for us though but could be for another family. The apartment has everything you need, has oil, sugar, tea and coffee and all the basics in a kitchen. Also washing machine and dryer. And beds are comfortable. Bathroom has towels and shampoo, conditioner, gel and body lotion. There is a cot and high chair upon request for the smallest like my 1 years old.
