Just finished dinner and all I can say was wow. Really high standard, delicious food. Starters, main, desserts, coffee....it was all so tasty. Went for my sons birthday trip and the staff couldn't have been more helpful even before we arrived for our stay. They set up the room perfectly for my toddler and had a birthday treat waiting in the room for my son. We all felt so welcome and will definitely stay again when returning to Cork.

Due to the age of the rooms and just about everything at the property, this is more like a 2 star hotel. Our room also didn’t have any air conditioning, despite advertising that they did, and the front desk avoided addressing the issue by giving us a complete runaround. My partner booked this hotel for a special birthday. We were given a room that was very small, no where to hang clothes and no drawers to put anything in.
