It's a nice hotel. The staff is very competent and friendly. The restaurant is pretty good too. Don't expect a luxury spa. It's more of a convenience place with locals holding monthly memberships. Disappointed. Requested early check-in as had a wedding to attend by 5.30. Having travelled needed to change. Was advised to wait as room wasn't ready. Reception staff rude. When eventually given key at 4.15. Wasn't told anything about what time breakfast. No apology even though we were upset that we were going to be late . Room clean but smelt of drains and tired looking. Needed updating.

Good hotel. Comfortable beds. Staff are very helpful. Food is good. Pool is great. With lots of hydro jets. Sauna is tiny and not very good. Steam room door badly needs to be replaced. I reported it twice but nothing done. Ceiling tiles in changing rooms are in a bad state. Rooms need air con. General upholstery carpets, lighting and curtains need updating throughout.

I booked a suite for my family 2+2. The room was excellent and clean. The room was available exactly at 4pm for check in time. Happy with the receptionist as they were welcoming from start to end.
