Premier Inn Cork City Centre (with baby)

Mixed feelings on my stay with premier inn cork, I found hotel staff friendly and helpful and the location is pretty central with shops and restaurants near by. Parking was a bit awkward especially if you have a few bags, I managed to find a multi storey parking lot about 10mins away the hotel will discount your stay which helps. Very close to the centre of the city. Bars and restaurants are close by. Rooms are small but comfy with excellent showers. Be aware of the local building works, it affects the local traffic. There is no parking on or near but the hotel does have a deal with a car park short walk away, it saves a lot.

The front desk staff member was comically rude to my elderly mother. The duty manager and general manager took my complaint seriously and I was satisfied by their response. The hotel is under 2 years old, so is fresh and the rooms are clean and well-maintained. Location is great and was better-priced than surrounding hotels.

We had a really nice stay in this hotel. After a small problem at check-in, which was eventually resolved, we went on to enjoy a very good stay. Location was very central. Room extremely comfortable, very good nights sleep. Food excellent. Go for meal deal! Would recommend this hotel. Hard working staff that aim to please. Many thanks.
