The hotel building was a little run down at least on the 3rd floor. The ground floor was very clean and updated. Grace at the front desk was so helpful ,friendly and even grabbed 2 bags of crisps for the kids. The customer service was a 10 out of 10

Stayed here for two nights and overall was a pleasant stay bar a few things. The room and bathroom were nice and clean except for a few hairs in the bath. Staff were lovely and very helpful when needed. The food that we had for dinner was lovely, but the breakfast was a huge letdown. We stayed in this hotel 2 years ago on trip to Cork and really enjoyed our time there. This time it ranks as one of the worst hotels I have the unfortunate experience of staying in.
