everything is good, room was nice, service and the servers are very helpful. also mba Ana is very helpful during my breakfast time with my family. thanks for the great experience.

The most kindest receptionist experienced. Yoshua helped to resolved issues with system error. It took long time but he kept on smile on his face also he was such the friendly n kind.

The price is affordable and location is convenient, but overall experience could be better. The walls are very thin, so you can hear noise easily, and the lobby gets loud at night because of the club downstairs. Cleanliness also needs improvement. An okay option if you’re on a budget, but not the most comfortable stay.

Room is reasonably good size. No window, ventilation not very good. Smell of cigarette in the room. We are staying in this hotel for almost a month now while waiting for our apartment. It already feels like home for our family. The staff are very nice and friendly. The services are good as free laundry for each day is included in our stay. My son can also play in the arcade.
