I stayed here for 4 nights and honestly, it was a disappointing experience. The hotel feels very old and poorly maintained. The AC was slow to cool, the water heater took a long time to get hot, and the bathroom water trap drained very slowly. Need 2nd card for room access just in case, receptionist asked for Rp100k deposit nothing given as the proof whatsoever. During check out, receptionist refused to refund the money deposit saying that the customer dont have the required "paper of proof". Up until customer went home, the money deposit is still not be refunded. Be better next time
