As an Accor Platinum member, I was very happy to enjoy the room upgrade benefit, access to the Executive Lounge, and complimentary breakfast. The service was excellent. The room was also modern and cozy. However, there was one drawback that I found quite inconvenient, especially when bringing my own vehicle: the parking was difficult since it is shared with the mall.

Accidentally booked not aware that Accor was me managing agent. Being a new build the appliances were functional. The front concierge needs to be complimented as the man was too good. The room is small, the condition of shower is poor, the shower is broken. The room is smelly. This is not 5 star hotel standard should be.
