Merlynn Park Hotel (with baby)

Unfortunately, many things did not fit, breakfast was not good and the buffet in the evening was completely cold and not good either. The room is very old and the bathroom is very dirty and in many places mold, no recommendation and definitely no 5 stars.

I have a pleasant experience staying in Merlynn Park Hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean. The foods are delicious! Most importantly, I would like to thank Desi (Hotel Receptionist), Gina & Sheryl (Times Square Bar) for their heartwarming support during my stay. I truly appreciate it. I honestly feel it's unfair the way some rooms for executive kings are available with standing shower and some others are not? And I was given the one without (room 1526), so if I want the one with a standing shower I'm the one who needs to upgrade? How does that make sense? Now I can only use the shower attach to bathup which like honestly too short, so uncomfortable and time consuming in compa...

At the beginning there were some problems with the room, but first of all the manager Dessy and her team did everything to make my stay comfortable. Denny in the housekeeping was always nice and cleaned the room perfect, in every case helped me to manage my needs. Some of the furnitutes and decorations are outdated, need to be renewed and the disorganization in the breakfast hall has to be adresse...

Thank u for the assistant my sabrina. The hotel has an old vibe but old money vibe. Room is spacious. Check in was easy and fast. There are many kids play area ready in lobby and dine in area. Kid family hotel. There is spa in house. Breakfast buffet was nice too.
