Mercure Jakarta Kota (solo trip)

It was my first time stay here and very impressed with the room, room was huge with a city light view, clean and make me comfortable, also thanks to Maulana to prepare wording mirror and towel art! I think he is an asset for your hotel.

Hotel definitily needs renovations. It is one of the oldest buildings in this area. Give a tip if you want to have very nice and clean room. They are changing towels every day. The breakfast is perfect, tou can choose a lot of different food and of a great quality. The staff is very nice and hospitable. Rooms are very quiet.

Went Here before and the hotel has been improved over time. Rooms are modern and have everything you need including coffee and tea and a good bed. The location is great near the old city and Transjakarta takes you quickly through Jakarta. Had friendly contact and were a good help with an AirPort and station taxi shuttle booking. The hospitality of this hotel is immaculate, given the value and the strategic location near the center of Jakarta. With two keys given out, the availability of the bathtub, and the spacious room, I can recommend this hotel to anyone.

Really generous with the access cards, location is pretty okay. Rooms were old but clean. Service staff was nice and friendly. There's better newer and comparable options around, but overall a good stay.
