Quite an old building, situated in a busy street but easily accesible. Staff were all very friendly but the breakfast spread was a bit disappointing. Overall was satisfied with the service.

I booked the deluxe room and when I checked in, they upgraded the room to the suite one, and I really enjoyed the stay. Just some advice, perhaps the hot water can be check regularly, as it needs time to get to the warm temperature. Overall, it's a pleasant experience. Thank you for the free upgrade!!

The restaurant on the first floor of this hotel had incredibly delicious food. Most importantly, the staff were extremely welcoming and provided excellent service. One of the staff members, Lia, was particularly outstanding and left me with the best impression.

시설은 조금 오래 되었지만 그래도 전체적으로 만족스러운 4박5일 이었어요. 아침식사도 상당히 괜찮고 서양식 + 인도네시아식 음식을 다양하게 즐기기 좋았어요. 개인적으로는 센트럴파크몰의 어설픈 일본음식들보다 훨씬 좋았다고 생각해요. 버튼으로 룸서비스(청소) 여부를 체크할 수 있게 해 두었으니 혹시라도 자세히 안보고 나갔다 들어온 후 청소 안되었음에 놀라지 않으셨으면 해요. 사진에 넣어두었어요.
