ibis Styles Jakarta Mangga Dua Square (solo trip)

Here on a work trip and enjoyed my stay here at Ibis. Staffs were friendly and efficient in laundry services / room dining. Big thanks to Ms. Syifa also for handling both my check-in and check-out seamlessly greeting with a big smile ever since stepping foot here.

Good hotel. The staff were very welcoming, and I want to especially thank Mr. Agung in Front Office for his outstanding service and hospitality. He really made my experience special—highly recommended hotel!

First room the faucet was falling off the sink and leaking. Lamps broken and the room was horribly dark. The next morning they moved me to a different room that was better but the entire facility needs redone and replaced. Only giving 2 stars because the front desk staff was nice and treated me with understanding and respect. I think they get these complaints often. It just feels dirty all through...

Strategic location, easy to find food and snacks since it is located right in a shopping center. Only minutes away from Ancol amusement park. The price is affordable, the swimming pool is good, but it would be better if they provide a changing room or toilet nearby the swimming pool.

From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warm smiles and excellent service. The atmosphere was comfortable, and every detail was taken care of perfectly. I especially want to thank Agung for his kindness and professionalism — he truly went above and beyond to make my experience unforgettable. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for quality service and genuine hospitality!
