Ibis Budget Jakarta Cikini (couple trip)

Stayed in August 2025. I'd say you get what you pay, a budget-level hotel with a low to bare-minimum standards. Bath carpets use a very thin towel which made me slip often. They also don't provide amenities other than a liquid soap. The hygiene is slightly questionable. Interior wise I don't think they have a good color combination that matches the lighting, resulting in a poorly-lit ambience. Ho...

Clean room, friendly staff, and a very convenient location. Great budget hotel and good value for money🥰🤩

Things are great but you can feel and see why they call it Ibis Budget 🤣 The only complain is the towels! They smell very strong of mildew. And to be honest the hall way too.

Location is good because there's so many restaurants available within walking distance. Room was standart budget hotels room, but AC is not working, not cold at all, even the hallway temperature is way comfortable than inside the room. Then bath towel is stinky like not even washed properly.. Checked in and out in the same day..

The service was great until I found out my stuff went missing after the housekeeper clean my room. I complained but the problem solving and conflict resolution was not clear and not helpful. I sense dishonesty among staffs and it is the worst quality in hospitality industry, so that all other good things from the hotel do not matter anymore.
