Holiday Inn Express Jakarta Pluit Citygate (couple trip)

My kids loved every minute of it. We did a staycation here and ended up with some great family memories. The direct access to Emporium Mall was a huge advantage—late-night movies and 24-hour Haidilao dinners felt surprisingly adventurous for us!

Already booked three times for my sister, who’s going through chemotherapy, so she could have some relaxing time after her treatments. The team has been really accommodating with everything we needed. I especially appreciate the Room Divisions team for letting her check in early because of her condition. stayed here some years back. So sad to see the hotel has run down so much during this 5days stay. Room is mouldy, has small ants crawling, dirty floor not vacumm. Breakfast spread is poor, with food not replenished, coffee machine not working. I could smell cigarette smoke from my room even though hotel has no smoking policy.
