This hotel is very close to Ciputra mall and Central Park. Cleanliness and service are also excellent, I was really helped by the friendly reception staff named Kendry. He's really great! Worth the price and recommend for those who want to stay in West Jakarta and not too far from the airport.

Actually the room 615 is smell bad (smoke) even the receptionist told that this room is non smoking. The shower also not in a good condition The only I satisfied is the breakfast menu. Thanks

The room was dirty, hot AC, and worst of all the bed has bedbug 🤢 The manager and staff was not helpful at all when complained, saying that there's no available room of the same type so I should upgrade (and pay). Other hotels often give free upgrade when the room is not as expected. Ended up checking out and find another more reasonable hotel to stay. What a shame when this hotel's location is...
