Check-in was smooth and hassle-free. We had to change rooms as we were given a double bed instead of the twin beds requested, but that was quickly sorted. It was one of the finest hotels I have stayed in in terms of service, cleanliness and treatment from all the staff. I would like to thank the employee Sugi whose effort was really clear and who responded very quickly. Even the clothes were washed and ironed quickly... and many thanks to the entire hotel staff.
