The stay was pleasant and the room was comfortable with hot shower available. The food was delicious and worth the price (100,000 rupiah per person). The food choices was plenty with friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended.

Frankly, I was surprised when entering the bathroom for the 1st time, I didn't find any drainage in it. I meant, if I accidentally poured water, the water would wet all the floor and the towel would be the answer, to dry the floor. Yes, I stayed on the 10th floor that time. I booked the Executive Room, the quality was very disappointing. The bathtub was so slippery it could cause accidents. The lighting was gloomy, the floor was cracked. There is no hand bidet available. We arrived late at night and left in the morning, so I hope lack of luggage service (from car to lobby, or from lobby to room, etc) was due to the time of arrival.
