Winning for spacious rooms, delicious foods, and services from one woman at receptionist lobby when we're checking in and checking out and the staff that showed us our room. Please increase the services of the restaurant staff. People wanted to be welcome with a smile, not a frowning face.

The hotel was strategically located with many shopping mall within walking distance. Our Thailand hockey team was very comfortable stay with the clean and spacious room. The breakfast was good with many choice. The competition venue was also near by. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful during our stay. Special mention to Mr Argil the sales manager for taking care of our group stay.

I paid extra for a room with a window and they refused to provide that. They say no windows for online booking. The standard room is tiny, can barely walk around the bed. Shower has no door so it's a wet bathroom. This is a 3 star hotel way overpriced. I booked through Edreams, they lied about the window. I paid $70 for a $30 room. Never again. The front desk also continued arguments with the wife...
