Aston Kemayoran City Hotel (couple trip)

Nice experience with Mutiara and Ihwan as the receptionist, they were ready to help me when I needed an early check-in. Thanks to that, I was able to stay at the Aston Hotel comfortably. Oh and I have any complaints, please for the iron to be repaired, because when I rented it, the iron was already broken. Thank you.

Comfortable room. There is a hospital next to the hotel, so finding meals or other amenities were never a problem. There are TJ and Jaklingko stops nearby which can take you to train station and Jakarta International Stadium (JIS), so transport is quite convenient.

Dissapointed with the room, have told double cleaning but found a cockroach in my room. Lift was also broken as access was not given during check-in time. Rebook? Perhaps not. International traveller can find a better hotel who has better sop.

The pictures posted were maybe when the hotel was just constructed. There is no maintenance at all. Broken windows, dirty floors everywhere. No hand towel in bathroom. They say that they don’t provide. Bed sheets stained. Bad location and taxis get lost all the time. Bad ventilation

Excellent Service and Memorable Stay I had an excellent experience during my stay. All the staff especially from the Front Office and FBS, provided outstanding service.
