Good location, walkable to thamrin city, grand indonesia, plaza indonesia. The service is superb. All staff are friendly & food is delicious.

This hotel is located inside Thamrin City Mall, which makes it very convenient for shopping. However, it can be a bit difficult to find the main entrance, as it is through the parking area or via the lift from the Ladies Market lobby. The breakfast is just okay and fairly moderate. The staff are friendly, but the lobby has a noticeable smell of cigarette smoke.

The rooms are clean, the staff are friendly, parking is easy to access, and there's free parking. The food is also delicious. Thank you, Amaris Thamrin Hotel. The security is also 24 hours. It was an amazing experience staying here 😁😁

Booked 3 rooms, 2 were fine but one had cockroaches and a dirty towel. Staff responded quickly with a new towel and sanitized the room after checkout. However, there were too many baby cockroaches — hope they improve cleanliness and pest control. However fast response from the staff.
