The room and the bathroom were clean and spacious (I got the one in the corner on the second floor). Friendly and helpful staff. There was this Padang restaurant next to the hotel that served good food, so no need to worry if you feel hungry (not sure at what time they close tho). Near the Airport,mostly people choose this place for another flight,so what do you expect.For me it's fine,still it would be better if there are cleaner sheets or pillows.

Sheets, pillows and towels are grossly dirty. Do not book this hotel, they have a more decent branch in other location. Thankfully the front desk is attentive.

It was extremely, extremely dirty. The white bed sheets, linens, and pillowcases had turned black. I asked the staff to change my room, but the other rooms were the same. The poor, innocent staff had no solution—they were just low-level workers. Were they supposed to buy new sheets and linens themselves? This was a failure of management, yet it was the frontline workers who had to keep apologizing...

Stayed for a night, it was good enogh for budget hotel, close to the airport about 10 minutes to T3, free shuttle, breakfast less than 6 o'clock only got bread.. The room was compact small with completed facilities and amenities too. The lights in the room were a bit dim.
