you can use the 1W transjakarta (blok m - ancol) and go upstairs to scan your Ancol entrance ticket. Then just wait for thw Wara Wiri bus to get there. There is also some people who can get you here with a bike for 10k IDR. As for the aquariums, there are plenty, but not many big sharks. The jellyfish is stunning though.
