The location is great (just off the beach, attached to a mall with a tasty food court) and the staff are wonderful. Esty and Sari at reception are friendly and helpful. Risma, Surya, and Made take great care of my parents and I at the delicious breakfast every morning. This is where we stay whenever I visit.

The only downside was that we had to wait 30 minutes for our check in and we were very tired, the room wasn’t ready, but other than that the whole experience was great. Would love to stay here again.
